Since 1920, the Lutheran Healthcare Center (LHC), of Worcester, Massachusetts, has cared for older adults as though they are members of our own family.  LHC offers exceptional short-term rehabilitation, residential care, and long-term skilled nursing care, all with a personal touch. 

We are located in the heart of downtown Worcester, close to the city’s economic hub, as well as major medical institutions. Our staff is known for their longevity and loyalty. 

Lutheran Healthcare Center offers a unique continuum of care that allows residents to remain there even when their need for care increases. Residents are accommodated with minimal interruptions to their lives.

Short term rehabilitation is the choice of more of today’s active adults following medical procedures such as joint replacement.

The Jeppson Residential Care Center offers private and semi-private residential support for seniors who need some assistance with the activities of daily living, such as medication management. 

Skilled nursing is at the heart of LHC's long tradition of compassionate care. Lutheran Healthcare Center provides long-term nursing care for more than 100 older adults.

Lutheran Healthcare Center is approved for Medicare and Medicaid and accepts private insurances including long-term care insurance.
